Common Inquiries
How do I prepare my pet for the shoot?
Bring your pet's favorite treats and a small amount of water. We recommend a calm morning session to ensure your pet is relaxed and ready for the editorial portrait.
What should I wear to the studio?
For a timeless look, we recommend minimalist linen clothing in neutral tones. This helps the studio's limewashed walls serve as a clean, elegant backdrop for your pet's portrait.
How long does the portrait process take?
The entire session typically takes 2-3 hours. This includes time for the pet to settle, the editorial shoot, and a final review of the high-resolution digital portrait.
When will I receive my final portrait?
After the session, we provide a high-resolution digital file within 48 hours. You can then choose to order a physical print or a custom frame from our artisanal studio.

Preparing for the Session
Creating a serene environment is key to capturing your pet's true character. Begin by introducing them to the studio setting a few days in advance. Ensure they are fed a full meal and given a chance to settle into a calm state before the session begins. This preparation allows us to focus on the soul-stirring expressions and fine fur details that define your pet's unique story.
